2019 Steez CT SV and 2019 Alpha CT SV

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

Will the 6.3:1 gears from alpha ct fit in a regular alphas or sol?

The pinion gear on the ct is too long for the standard width spool in the regular alphas/sol

So, basically it is a steez sized reel that has spacers to fit the ct spool.

Is this new Alpha ct sv a finesse reel ?
In my opinion it is. Spool it up only half spool (level with first ring in spool) to reduce inertia and to add revolutions of spool. Or to purchase small capacity tuning spool. KTF or Roro.

Yes its a normal sized alphas with a few modifications to work with the little spool.
