TD-Z spools

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

What would I gain by putting a TD-Z Type R spool in a regular TD-Z reel?

Casting is effortless and distance is great.

I have a Steez 100h spool in a TDZ 103 and it's very nice but the R+ spool in my other TDZ 103 is my favorite caster.

Yep, I love my TDZ with the Steez 103 R+ spool, too. The type R spool gives better distance than the stock TDZ spool, but the R+ spool is even better.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

I picked up a Type R+ spool for my TDZ 100P.

That should really launch a crankbait!
