Went to the "can" last night. The ecology is good but couldn't pull any fish, no action of any sort really quiet at least at night. I need to get there in the mornings tons of dead Shad on the surface. Anyway I digress, I tested the 2 of the 3 PG spools out had one with 18 lb sniper fluorocarbon in the other with 15 lb seaguar fluorocarbon. Man I thought that platform was sweet out of the box... these are super sweet now with the addition of spools plus the proprietary bearings are amazing I've never had the pleasure until now. They are definitely worth the skin!! I have the M version spooled up with 10 lb floroclear that I'm going to test jerkbaits out on with my X7 BD type X :big grin: I should be back in the game sometime this week and I'll let you know how that spool works out :D as always folks I appreciate the compliments again this place is a huge inspiration as well as the company it keeps ;)

Those simply look amazing Cristo. Glad to hear that the performance is on par with the beauty. I really would like to get optional shallow spools for my Morethan, Battler and HLC. Looking at ZPI's suitability chart, it shows NO spools for Daiwa! Although the spool page does show some options. The Battler and the HLC are both 36mm and they are interchangable, the Morethan is 34mm. Any what resource I could look into to see if any of the ZPI's would fit these reels?

Well unfortunately I don't read other languages otherwise I would decipher the package for you and I don't have calipers in order to properly measure these spools otherwise I would offer you that information my friend, perhaps Gary or some of the other folks on here can chime in would be a shame not to be able to put one of those in a Battler. Feel like the Aussies get a lot of the cool stuff  . I'm highly debating on moving down there :big grin:

I went to the "can" and saggie last week and it was a tough bite, but managed to get a few on soft plastics (havoc).

It seems theyre in a transition phase or something. Just not as good as i thought it would be at this time. i know for a fact it should be bumping soon.

Need to get those new spools broken in! :D

Added some red body panel screws and red tension knob from Ray's Studio to seemingly finish out the Galaxy Red. Added royal purple body
panel screws to the "Hulk" also From Ray's Studio to do the same :-k 1st time for me using Ray's Studio and excellent parts in that regard. Finally spooled up the Galaxy Red with 15lb Seaguar Red Label and mounted her on my 4pc BE2 travel staff from the XXX line. Going to throw weightless plastics in the muck on the river this week :big grin: I have tested out the other three ladies and the ZPI spools PG and M alike are absolutely fantastic!
