What rods do you thinks we'll see debut at the Classic?
What rods do you thinks we'll see debut at the Classic?
Any of you guys see or here of any new rods that will debut at the classic? We know what megabass is bringing, but will companies be expanding current lineups or showing us something new? With the Zillions going bye bye I wonder if Daiwa will be doing anything special?

GLoomis new E6X or a replacement for that series.
New Ark Tharp series.
13 Fishing Archangel Kaiju series, maybe?
And the new Megabass Oroch XX, obviously.

I haven't been to the Classic in years. I remember there was various stuff set up in the past, but it sounds like now all of the actual vendors are set up like a trade show. Is this the case? Should I leave my wallet at home???

The Bassmaster Classic Expo will be at the TD center in Greenville: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Here's the vendor list.

Is that an Ultima? I just got my first Glorious. After only a couple of times out with it I am very impressed. I've always wanted an Ultima, they just seem hard to acquire.Schlag wrote:Too bad Shimano won't bring this bad boy over...

Here's a link to the new BFS Ultima. It's coming out in April. It's got an extra fast action.

Dang... I may have to get that new BFS Ultima.
I've been fishing the 172H for a couple of years now, and it may be my favorite rod ever. It's just so perfect for so many uses.
