Daiwa T3 value

Reels are the hottest topic for TackleTour. Everyone wants to know what the latest and greatest is and how they compare to the old guard. What's the best for light stuff, or what's your suggestion for heavy cover. Do we really need different retrieve ratios? It's all in here.

The MB VIOLA was made in Thailand.

I don't care what anyone says. With a G1 1012SV spool, this reel is incredible for finesse to power finesse applications. Anyone who bought this reel expecting to use it for heavy resistance baits and horsing big fish out from cover was dumb in the 1st place. Still can't wrap my head around why Daiwa hasn't utilized the 3D braking in any other reels.

I'm thinking I'll try the Zillion G1 SV TW in one of my T3's just to see. Daiwa should have tried the 3D in more reels. It works great in the Z.

I bought a T3 1016 6:1 recently. Was in pretty good condition no major dings. I would say maybe a 7 or 8 condition comedic, 9 mech

I was willing to pay around 100-110 for it on one of those other forums. Email is a good place to get market rate.

I also got a t3 SV 8.1:1on ebay from Japan I think I paid 200 it was 9.5/10 looks 10/10 mech.

I actually swapped the SV spool between the 1016 and the SV because of the gear ratios.
