Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
Top to bottom:
MB Faust/sv103xs/50#suffix832: frog and punch
MB Super Deystroyer/sv103H/15#Berkely100%: jig/t-rig
St.Croix LE7MHF/Antares 5.6:1/17#sunline defier armillo: top water, spinnerbait, crankbait (latest and greatest)
MB Diablo Evoluzion 68xti/Sv105p/12#sunline assassin: vision 110's and squarebills
Kistler H3 7MH-L/TD-Z 103H/12#Sunline assassin: light Trigs, senkos, drop shot
All reels besides the Antares have upgraded hedgehog bearings, the sv105p has a zillion anniversary 90mm handle.
I started spring of 2015 with the Diablo and sv103. The addiction is real. Thanks for looking.

Re: Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
Great setups? i got a question, whats the specs on the MB Diablo Evoluzion 68xti..?
Re: Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
should be 1/4-1oz lures, 8-20lb one rating? Not sure of the action, just guessing as I don't own one, yet
Re: Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
It's 1/4-1oz 12-25lb and moderate fast taper.(I think the jabberwock is 8-22lb) I love the rod, I used to Texas rig 1/4oz weights and it did well with that too.MINES wrote:Great setups? i got a question, whats the specs on the MB Diablo Evoluzion 68xti..?
Re: Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
Nice looking setups! Being on tackle tour will do that to you...
Re: Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
sweet, that's the same spec as what i have, i was wondering if it would be good for bottom contact fishing.. god i am soo tired of winter up here in the north...Obz wrote:It's 1/4-1oz 12-25lb and moderate fast taper.(I think the jabberwock is 8-22lb) I love the rod, I used to Texas rig 1/4oz weights and it did well with that too.MINES wrote:Great setups? i got a question, whats the specs on the MB Diablo Evoluzion 68xti..?

You should sell me that 50th Anniversary Zillion handle ...I need one!
Re: Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
The xti It's my favorite rod, it's money, I think 5/16 is the rods upper limit for bottom cointact. I hear you, winter is too long here. We have had consistent sub zero temps where I live up until last week. Early ice is fun. Now I'm shed hunting/scouting whitetail until spring. Chomping at the bit to put my new bass gear to work!MINES wrote:sweet, that's the same spec as what i have, i was wondering if it would be good for bottom contact fishing.. god i am soo tired of winter up here in the north...Obz wrote:It's 1/4-1oz 12-25lb and moderate fast taper.(I think the jabberwock is 8-22lb) I love the rod, I used to Texas rig 1/4oz weights and it did well with that too.MINES wrote:Great setups? i got a question, whats the specs on the MB Diablo Evoluzion 68xti..?

Without the sleeves. The procyon 2500 is new, attached to a st.croix Avid 68mxf, 8lb invisx: Senkos, ned rig, weightless tubes.
Hit list: St.Croix LE 7MFspinning. MB FMJ. I also want another faust.. Err. If I get those rods I won't need another one right?
Re: Updated Arsenal (I blame you TT)
Had to add a Faust and FMJ to the fleet
