Big thanks that means a lot. I can't help it knobs have been my thing lately I'm on a weird stretch but truth be told I really do like these type of knobs! They are actually very smooth, they come with two bearings for each knob and all the shims you can think of to fit all sorts of handle configuration. They feel really nice in my opinion especially for smaller reels like my 50s ;)

A black Avail handle would really set that sucker off!

Believe me experimented on that with the Curado I had with same knobs but in green. that's why I use the OG curado handle for the green knobs. What I'll probably end up doing since that won't work with an Avail handle is use this OG Brenious handle and just, scuff it and paint it black. One thing about custom parts is nothing ever seems to want to cooperate when you want to do a project. The Aquirista knob's spacing is not quite as big as some other knobs out there so sometimes you run into shaft fitment issues and then if you're able to get it on the shaft the proprietary screw has to mate properly to secure the knob which sometimes isn't always correct fitment there either ](*,) but always find a workaround eventually :big grin:

You could also use a black Core or Chronarch handle from the Tackletrap. Avail handles generally accept most all knobs. A big selling factor for a lot of folks. That plus they're sick.

Try that as well but unfortunately the Chronarch I owe the OG handle knob shafts are too much bigger, boo!

Thanks for the comments all the way around :big grin: I enjoy them no matter what, more positive of course =P~ I'm not sure why I like these damn things so much but they kind of remind me of the old school Abu and like reels with those type of bright acrylic material knobs. anyway here it is with the OG Brenny's handle which was silver. I scuffed it with 1500, primered, baked, laid down black and baked again should hold up well :-k
