Re: Green Knobs
The bright green knobs clash with the illusion green of the reel. I like the way the knobs look, just not on the green lauda.
I think these knobs would look better on a FX68L Viola.

Re: Green Knobs
I want to know how she fishes please be sure to let us know. I have been debating on offloading my zonda HH, now these limited Lauda models have me possibly want to give her a sister. Not sure though as I like the IS platform by far margin . Thanks for letting me razz the post up a bit to keep it going.

Re: Green Knobs
I wouldn't get rid of the zonda. The zonda is definitely smoother and you have the shallow spool with the deeper spool that comes with the zonda. Other than the pretty green color, the only advantage that the lauda reel has is the sv spool.Cristo wrote:I want to know how she fishes please be sure to let us know. If you are wanting to upgrade the zonda, put an alphas magnet and housing in the reel, or do like i did and get an extra clear sideplate with alphas magnet to give you greater casting distance. I have a cosugi works spool in mine, it is a pretty sweet setup.
