I make my own by getting a bunch of the blades (I think they're made by boss) off TW and add them to whatever jig I feel like.

Which jigs do you like to use for this? Thanks

To hijack the answer... TW has the components where you can make your own Phenix Vibrator style jigs. They have the more oval shaped head and the blades are sold separately. I've done this easily with split ring pliers.

KaRu Vibrashock/Seibert Fogy. Split ring is a must on any chatterbait I throw, blade ticks the football head. Well made jigs by either company. I also like the Nutech crazy jigs. More subtle action than the Vibrashock, very weedless with the guards especially in timber.

Bladed jigs can still work well in this situation but need "help". They would be one of your worst options on calm sunny days but if you have some strong wind or low light conditions they should still work well. Try green pumpkin if it is day light and windy and a black and blue shade in low light or night time.

My favoirte by far is the original D&M Pirahna. Everything about them is top quality, great skirts, hook keeper, strong super sharp hooks, detailed head, dull colored matching blades. I seem to get more bites on the original directly attached head style and the D&M Piranha made the best quality one and it just flat out catches them.

I would also look at Scrounger jigs for fishing those clear water lakes. Add a 4" fluke style bait or small swimbait and it will catch some fish.

I still got the old original Gamakatsu scrounger heads that AM endorsed. I don't know if the new Luck-E-Strike are the same or use different materials though. I just remember reading that the LuckE ones use a cheaper plastic bib.

Check out the Paycheck Baits Nose Job if you wan't a weedless finesse Chatterbait type action on your flukes. I only use the scrounger heads with open water schooling fish.

It's one of my to go-baits and the availability is mostly really bad - therefore I am glad to get the chance to buy some of them from time to time.

In that box you have all weights 1/8, 3/16, 1/4Oz and colors? Or just one model?
I guess you have a lot of pikes out there.
I would take me forever to go through box like that just doing bass fishing.

I assume you got those from overseas. I just unloaded my Deraballs as I don't think I'd toss them much. As a guy who fishes some smaller creeks, those Dera Breaks interest me quite a bit.
