Shimano Rarenium CI4+ and Stradic CI4+
Are they the same reel? Are the spools compatible?
Thanks!

Good question. I'd like to know too.
Re: Shimano Rarenium CI4+ and Stradic CI4+
Basically the same reel.
The rarenium comes with shallow spool options and septon knobs.
Not sure if the spools will interchange though.
My Biomaster 3000 spool will not fit my Stradic 3000FJ, even though they have the same body.
The same might be true for the Rarenium and Stradic CI4+

The Sephia spool might be a better option. The bodies look identical.

Re: Shimano Rarenium CI4+ and Stradic CI4+
Biomaster wont fit a FJ because the FJ doesnt have the spool support bearing structure.
I have a spare biomaster spool for my Ci4+ Stradic FA - but it weighs a hell of a lot more than a Rarenium spool due to the Bio spool being all aluminium unlike the Stradic / Rarenium being plastic lined at the top.
Rarenium and Stradic FA Ci4 are the same reel in all ways just gear ratio difference and paint.
Biomaster is basically a Suatain.
