Wild River Nomad backpack
I need a new backpack. Anybody have this bag? It seems like it has more than enough storage. I'm confused about the actual size of it. Heard reviews of "bigger than expected" etc. Four retailers I saw had four totally different size dimensions listed, all different from the size listed on the Wild River website. If any owners have a picture of one on their back that would be awesome. Thanks.

I've been using one for a little over 2 years now they are great! I have the WT-3604 it's a big boy but I'm not a small guy (6'0 250lb) it fits me nicely. It also fits perfectly behind my seat while kayak fishing in my Trident 13. I'll take some measurements if you like tonight. Be aware if you use a lot of 3700 sized trays they will not fit be prepared to transition over to 3600/3500 trays.

Re: Wild River Nomad backpack
Thanks man.
Here’s what I can’t understand about the dimensions listed, or maybe I'm totally reading this wrong (WT3604 Nomad model):
Gowildriver.com - 17"W x 18.5"H x 8.5"D
Walmart – (LxWxH) 23.0 x 19.0 x 13.0
Cabelas - 18.5"H x 17"W x 8.5"D
Amazon - 16.5 x 21 x 10.5
TW - 20" H x 14" W x 10" D
It just seems off.

Re: Wild River Nomad backpack
It is a backpack so measuring isn't perfect but I came up with about 17" W x 18" H x 9" D I would say based on how well used mine pack is (little bit of slack and slump) that the Wildriver dimensions are pretty spot on for a brand new 3604.bassmaster_flex wrote:Thanks man.

Thanks. I'll just buy one. like you mentioned the measurements can be very subjective depending on who you ask. I'm sure it will be a great bag.
