They're all fine for trolling. You can add a sinker about 2m ahead of the lure to achieve greater depth.
And those trout, are they big or are they little???

One of the best lures for Northern pike is Nills Master Invincible Floating 15 cm long (it dives up to 3 meters)

Ditto on Nils Master. Plus I had some days when Rapala CD 5 and 7 was the best producer of all.
Not really trolling lure, but when targeting pike from shore I always bring Mepps Black Furry (yellow dots) # 3 with squirrel tail and various Syclops spoons. Serbian lure Ugly Duckling can be just phenomenal on pike, and my best producers were sinking 5cm versions on very sloooow retrieve.

Over here, recently I had most of success with X-Rap perch pattern, followed by silver and hot steel.

Personally, I never had much success trolling for pike, neither in EU nor in North America. The super slow or stop and go presentations were always more successful than trolling IMO….

@da house of hardy @ shtuka@
thanks to for yours advices
At the trolling how many i most release lure in back of my boat.. about how meters nylon
what speed approximately does worked for Norden Pike...
at trolling it all right to do some small move for 2-5 meters left too right do that give me some attack from Pike...

Seems to be the "lake" trout (over here called "seeforelle"). Its a kind of salmo trutta ff, living mostly in the bigger and deeper lakes in Europe. They live in the open water (is it called "pelagic"?) and hunt for smaller fish (also trouts ;) ), but eating also Larvae (mayflies!), frogs etc. Spawning is not in small rivers or brooks, it´s done on the bottom of the lakes...

For trolling pikes, you could also use the DEPS Realiser, DC400, Rapala X-Raps or dead-bait on a special System (known here as "stocker" or "wikam" System. I don´t know the equivalent in America, or even if there´s any?). Or, a 6" Shaker on this System is also an option.. Ah, almost forgot one: Castaics are amost unbeatable at trolling pikes (size10 or 12"). Depending, how common trolling is over there I´d suggest a sideplaner (less spooky!). But even with this baits, you can´t avoid catching a big seatrout :mrgreen:

Any connection to the Seeforellen Browns stocked in the NY area? Apparently the Seeforellen strain lives longer and grows at a much faster rate than the typical German Browns...and these fish are also found in other tributaries now as well.
