I typically throw a laminated smoke shad. I also like watermelon black flake, baby bass, and Cinnamon.

912 is what I have tied on unless I run out! I am not really sure it makes a lot of difference 90% of the time.

Over the years Ive used every color senko made... these are the 4 most reliable for me. I nolonger use ANY other colors other than these...

1. Watermelon - Red Flake (Clear water / Sunny Skies)
2. Green Pumpkin - Chartreuse Tail (Stained water / Sunny Skies)
3. Smoke / Purple Holoflake Laminate (Clear water / Overcast) or (When Shad available)
4. Watermelon - Copper Flake / Orange - Red Flake Laminate (Stained water / Overcast) or (during Bluegill Spawn)

Natural, greens, browns, blacks, blues. Then spike with jjs magic or megastrike

Almost foregot the color: motoroil. The red shades work best in my area.
