... that 6' 10" ML casting rod of yours, you know the one that was originally Australian market then was available here and seems to have disappeared again ??? ... man, if that aint about the funnest thing you can play with in public without being arrested, I don't what is.
You hit it out of the park with that one. I've been throwing EVERYTHING with it this year and it hasn't let me down yet - small cranks, jig head and plastic combos, tubes, flukes, blade baits ... it just goes on and on. It performs beautifully, there's been days where I haven't put it down to pick up another rod.
What ever you do, never, ever let it go away. You have to have at least one blank like it in your lineup at all times. I'm serious, it's that good
To everyone else - if you're on the fence about a finesse casting rod, seek this one out. You won't regret it.
Hey Matt ...

Not sure on my M 6'10 rod but I love it. I use it for drop shotting with 1/4oz tungsten and 9 inch worm. stuck some really nice one with it. I go to rod when I'm drop shotting big worms

Re: Hey Matt ...
have you ever used this rod for 3/16-1/4 shakey? i've got the omen 6'10 coming and planning on trying it for this. the line & lure ratings on this rod appear to be more in line with loomis 3 power, so i'm hoping it's not a little stout for what i'm wanting to use it for.beeefy101 wrote:Not sure on my M 6'10 rod but I love it.
