Has anyone used the 8 foot exta heavy in the envy black? Friend of mine is looking at the 8'0 or 7'11 for punching rod

The 8' Rod was added to the Envy Black series last year, due to many of our professional pro-staff requesting a heavy duty "Flipping" rod. We tested it hard, and think we have achieved an uber powerful rod action capable of ripping heavy weights through deep cover, while still maintaining the balance and lightness the Envy has become known for.
