M Green vs. MH Black

How would you compare the powers of the two? The lure ratings are very similar but the Green has a lower top-end. Basically I'm trying to figure out how my 7'7" M Green compares to my 7'1" MH Black, length aside.

I am not sure if we are talking about Spinning or Casting....

as a general statement the Omen Green is not as fast a taper as the black rod. The MH Black will have more power in the lower 3/4 of the rod, while the longer 77M Green rod will obviously cast lighter baits better with more distance.

Thanks for the response. They're both casting rods and they seem similar in power to me. I do like the taper on the Green. I have found it to be a very solid rod for ripping traps in freshwater since the original post.
