Here you go...I posted this on another thread, and had to look for it...

The concept has 3 bearings that will directly affect cast-ability. If you are wanting to upgrade I would upgrade the following bearings for maximum performance. In the E-Model, and KP-Model these bearings are upgraded to Ceramic-Stainless Hybrid Bearings.

Spool Bearing(this is located on the shaft of the spool and held in with a pin) Size 11mm(Out)5.5mm(In)4mm(Thick)
*be careful when you remove this pin, do not damage the spool or pin.

Handle side Bearing(#53 on parts list) 8mm(Out)5mm(In)3mm(Thick)

Palm Side Bearing(#10 on parts list) 10mm(Out)3.5mm(In)4mm(Thick)

I hope this helps, send me a note if I can offer any additional assistance.

If you are wanting Bocas you'll have to order the 5x8x3 off the boca website. Also that bearing comes with grease already on it, so you'll need to flush. As far as the other 2 bearings just order for a Lews, steez, abu from whoever works for you.

Hi Matt,

I was searching on Boca website and I found this sizes of Boca bearing for Concept A and E.
3.00 x 10.00 x 4.00 METRIC
5.00 x 11.00 x 4.00 METRIC

Anyway, I did email 13 fishing (Reid Miller) lastweek regarding the Concept C and asked about it and I was told that will affect the performance of the reel so that they don't recommend it.

I also don't think Boca is selling those sizes you mentioned above such as : 11x5.5x4 and 10x3.5x4, Correct me if I am wrong.

so where do you think I will be able to get those ceramic bearings besides from Boca?

Will you please share with me and thanks in advance.

Regards,
WW

Good News, replacement bearings will be added to the Trick Shop late this summer.

Both Ceramic hybrid and Black Seal bearings.

and something else....something you should see at ICAST.
