difference between older ryoga and new jigging model

Post by slideaction » Thu Dec 04, 2014 12:28 pm

Of course the new version would specifically be for jigging, however can they also be used for swimbaits. How are they compared to the older models. Would like to get a 6:1 ratio sometime in the future. Thanks in advance.

Also been keeping an eye on this one.
I'm sure with a moderate thumb this reel would make a great swimbait reel.
The non disengaging level wind would not be an issue.
The gears also seem to have been beefed up :D
With this comes a bit of added weight.
The new cosmetics are however stellar.
