So I am surfing the Daiwa websites and ran across some specs for the Lexa spinning reel that says it is a Real 4 reel ( http://daiwafishing.com.au/lexa/ ) and the US version does not say anything about being a Real 4 reel. Do you know if they are the same exact reel and if so which is right the AU version that says Real 4 or the US version that is not a Real 4 reel? Can you please check to see if the Lexa will accept Real 4 spools, handles and knobs, thank you.
Update
Me:
Thanks for answering all of our questions.
So I posted some questions to Daiwa AU and this is their response.
I have 2 questions for you.
1) Are there any tackle shop in Australia that exports to the US?
2) Is the Lexa spinning reel a real four reel? (I ask because the USDM version does not appear to be)
Daiwa Australia:
most online tackle stores in australia ship overseas. All Lexas are Real Four
Me:
Thank you, are the Au version of the Lexa better than the US version or are they the same?
Daiwa Australia:
same

Re: Daiwa Lexa spinning reel
Talking to our R&D department the Lexa Spinning Reels have a Real Four Design. We don't advertise the Real Four here in the US.
