Tatula grooving issue?

Have you heard about this if so, what type of fix can those with these reels get or do or is this just residue from the fishing line?

So far we have not had a single reel sent in to our factory for a groove issue on TWS. We have sold thousands of these reels. Ish Monroe who fishes three circuits and the rest of our team have not reported a single issue with this reel. Your reel has a one year warranty and we would fix any problems. Thank You.

Thanks for the info, this was not my reel but came from Tackle Warehouse review and pictures posted on this forum.

Whatever happened on this issue? TWS is titanium nitride right? How is this happening?
