Diawa customer service goes above and beyond! They just fixed an out of warranty T3 that had been declared "unrepairable" by my local service center. Never say never. They did it, they did it right, and fast, and without charge.
Diawa seems serious about taking care of their customers.

I posted a question, and received an answer....BUT I am not sure that it was from the "official" Daiwa person; or from a helpful Good Samaritan....

What is the user name of the Daiwa person?
