Introduction: The first thing most anglers think about when they think Savage Gear is baits, and most likely the company's 3D scanned swimbaits or wild topwater lures like the Suicide Duck. This season the company is expanding into rods with their new Browser Series which is designed to tackle a wide range of applications while offering enhanced durability and value to anglers.

No defined date yet but they should be available within the next few weeks. Savage was able to confirm that etailers like TW will be carrying them.

Np, been getting a lot of emails since the preview went live. The rods are certainly priced to move and there are a lot of Savage Gear fans that have been waiting for a rod to toss all of the company's many topwater and big baits. I have a feeling that the 8 foot big bait rod is going to be a popular one.

I hope they make a lighter weight, balanced punching rod. I had to add 3 oz to the butt of my punching rod to get it to balance mid-handle. It wears on me when I'm punching all day.
