Our Long Overdue Look at Seaguar's Tatsu Fluorocarbon Line

Introduction: With all the advancements in addressing the technique specific needs of bass anglers, it's rare that you come across a product let alone a fishing line that can be considered "all purpose". In fact, it's practically impossible to find a fishing line that's as good for bottom contact techniques as it is for moving baits as it is for topwater as it is for heavy cover situations. The inherent characteristics of the line's material makeup alone can limit its applicability.

I never saw the original colored Tatsu so I went and googled it. I totally agree and think that light golden color would give it an interesting look. I love colored fluorocarbons and from the chemistry background I have, my theory is that dyes can help soften them up, lowering memory. This and as the review mentioned, extruding the natural color probably weakens the line way more than we realize or would like.
