So with a 3/8 light end rating, how does the rod really behave with payloads at the lower limit? Compared to a Powell 683, is this rod a little more powerful? Reading between the lines it sounds like the answer is yes, but with that unusual weight rating I'm surprised nothing was mentioned about performance in the critical 1/4 to 3/8 total payload range. Thanks
