Can anyone film under water pretty well?

Hey guys, I'm starting a new lure company and I'm looking to have some nice high quality footage of my lures underwater sometime soon. I'd rather do without the cheesy aquarium and swimming pool footage, but would love to have my jigs viewed bumping across the bottom of a clear lake. I was thinking of going out with a buddy to try this myself, but had the great idea that there are probably a few fellow enthusiasts with some experience filming underwater.
