Boca Core 51 OS7 Kit

Per the Boca website, the kit for Core 51 includes the following:
3x10x4 2 spool/side plate
5x9x3 1 shaft
8x12x3.5 1 Pinion gear
I'm a little confused (which is easily accomplished). When Boca says shaft, I assume they mean spool shaft. I don't see any removable bearing on the spool shaft. I know that the 3x10x4 fit the side plate & the tension control, but what is this shaft bearing they're referring to?
