Shimano Scorpion DC7 - Spool Bearings

I couldn't find which bearings I need for this reel on the Boca website. Anyone know which size I need? I am looking for orange seal abec-7's.

That reel uses 2 - 3x10x4’s for the spool bearings.

How to change the bearing...need to open both side?
