Boca Bearing Positive Experience

i purchased a pair of spool pin pliers from a forum member, and they were defective:

but i am happy to report that boca replaced them at no charge (except shipping on my end) and also threw in a mouse pad and some stickers:

it was a positive experience, and the customer service will make me a returning customer.

Boca has great customer service. I sent back a bearing that i did not think was smooth as it should be and they sent two in return!
