Which Bearings for the Core 100?

Hey I am having trouble figuring out which bearings I can put into the Core 100. I know they have a bearing reference table on the Boca website, but I can't figure out how to read it

. If someone could tell me which orange seal bearings fit in the core 100 that would be great!

The Core 100 spool bearings are 3mmx10mmx4mm
