Console Mount Drain Plug?

I headed out to the lake a couple weeks ago on a solo fishing trip, 1st time I've fished without my Brother/Fishing partner in a while.
There was a bit of a crowd, so I hurried threw the regular boat preparation.I normally get the electronics/tolling motor set up while my brother gets the back of the boat.
I got the trailer pretty far into the water but could not, for the life of me, get the boat off the tracks of the trailer.......As you can already guess, I forgot the Drain plug.....
I had to pull the boat out of the water and wait (take up space on the launch) for a TON of water to drain out of the boat while the other boaters snickered.

I'm VERY A.D.D. so this happens to me at least once a year, my question is, has anyone tried the Bass Boat Solutions Drain Plug System Console Mount.
I think I can really use something like this.

i got them on every boat and they work great. its a very easy install and takes maybe 30mins tops depending on your mount.
