John "Whittler" Mills...crankbaits... Help?

Hey, guys I was looking to try and locate a gentleman who used to be on this site and made custom crankbaits... His name is John Mills and he went by the name "Whittler"... Is he still on this site and making crankbaits? If so, can anyone give me his current contact information? I have an old business card but the email is coming back non-deliverable... I hope nothing has happened to him... the information I have that doesn't seem to be working now is:
