Tying jigs with fiber weedguards..?

Anyone have any tips on tying hair, or even rubber jigs that already have the fiber weedguard in place?

Also, does anyone know of a good source for jig heads that sell the jig head and fiber guard still separate to be glued in after tying?

I do not have an idea for you hair jigs with weedguards but I use copper wire for silicone skirts with weedguards already in place it is much easier that way.
