I was hoping someone could give me a comparison between these two blanks in power and also in speed(action).

They are two totally different blanks. The PB701MHF has an RDA of 525 and the Loomis 844 around 670. The PB701MHF is closer to the Loomis 843. The PB will have a thicker/stiffer butt section and a little softer mid section making it appear a little slower in action. The PB will load up much smoother. Thanks for the reply. It’s looking like one of the 7’3” blanks have the power I’m after. I’ve been wanting to build one for a few years but have never got around to it.
