So I have a rod that I am considering having re wrapped. It is kind of an "I have to thing." What is a going price to have that done? TiSic guides micro style. It is a rather pricy rod if that makes a difference.

About $10.00 per guide. You might find someone who will do it for less.

When I found out how much they wanted I decided to do it myself.

If someone does offer to do it for $10.00/guide, don't complain about how those wraps look.

$10 - $15 per guide, plus the cost of the guide, is kind of common for a single guide repair.

For rewrapping a rod, I wouldn't charge that little. There is labor in stripping the old guides off and cleaning the blank. TiSiC guides are going to cost you around $80. Then of course, wrapping and finishing guides. Think about what you make per hour and then multiply that by about 3 to 5 hours. Plus the $80 in guides.

What Mattman said is 100% correct,
The time to take the guides off and clean everything up is where the big cost is. The guides could vary depending on the guide set though.

You can save money by stripping the rod yourself. And, if you want to lighten the rod, remove all the finish. Then you can take to have guides wrapped or do it yourself.
