Haven’t had much experience with cork grips on reels but have considered trying them out.
Does anyone know if these are compatible with the 22 Aldebaran?

Cork reel grips
Re: Cork reel grips
Not likely... Megabass knobs are the same as Daiwa generally

You could always buy an Avail handle for your Aldebaran from Hedgehog Studios and it will accept the Megabass knobs but I am not sure if it will come with the required shims and spacers.

Re: Cork reel grips
Daiwa I knobs go on some Shimano reels - got a few on spinning reels of mine, just need a bush and some shimming.
Providing they haven't changed the handle knob shaft too drastically.

Just grab a daiwa handle, get that little rectangular daiwa to shimano adaptor (they're like $3), and you will be able to use any daiwa/megabass knobs. Its what i've been doing on my met dc for ages.
