Has anyone had any experience with Abu cardinal 400ui fishing with 4lb. test?

I have the 300ui. Line I use is 4lb. The line gets stuck between the roller and bail arm sporadically. The anitreverse tends to work when it wants to. This happened while being its first time on the water. I say save some more cash and spring for either a Shimano or Pflueger.

I stumbled into an older 100UL and wasn't impressed...how the mighty have fallen since the grand old Made-in-Sweden Cardinal days...or even the made in Korea/Japan era!!

What's your budget...we'd be happy to spend it for you through our suggestions!! ;) :D
