Here are the Elite Tech River Runner rod measurements you requested. They are in millimeters followed by the equivalent in inches.

Top of the blank as close to the tip as possible - 1.39 mm (.0545 in)

Blank at the front of the handle - 8.02 mm (.315 in)

Blank at the center of the split grip - 8.23 mm (.324 in)
