Little Bro to the Slayer 14.5
Little Bro to the Slayer 14.5
Here is the new addition the the yak fleet. Slayer Propel 13. I have taken it out several times and have to say I love it...I have to be careful when running very shallow, but shallow is why I still have the big bro 14.5

Congratulations, I'm thinking about making the Slayer Propel 13 my next watercraft, kinda up in the air between the Slayer and Pro Angler.

Each has their pros and cons. For me reverse made the difference.

Re: Little Bro to the Slayer 14.5
Yeah I had a Pro Angler 14 for about 2 years, and now I'm missing it. I've been putting in some time with the Slayer Propel to make sure I get exactly what I want. The pedaling is a little awkward for me compared to the Pro Angler just push motion, the turning is slow, but a rudder extension will tighten up the responsiveness, the Propel Drive Mechanism makes a whinning/growling sound and a little annoying. The reverse is a nice bonus, but I was getting pretty good at flipping the Mirage Drive around for reverse.

Congrats! I would definitely look into the Boonedox rudder. It helps quite a bit with the turning radius.

Boonedox is definitely on the radar
