An update from the Best Bass Tournaments guys:

BEST BASS TOURNAMENTS is rolling along and we would like to let you know about the progress we are making.

The BBT web site is changing each and every day and we have working on it to make it “user friendly” to everyone who visits the site. www.bestbasstournaments.com

Join our newsletter and Facebook to get the latest information on what is going on with the BBT. Sponsors are coming on board every week so if you would like to become part of the BBT Sponsors/ Partnership, contact us through our web site or call 209-543-6260 for details.

We would like to welcome the following sponsors to the BBT Team:
Lowrance, Emerald Snack Foods, ima Baits, Eye Surrender, Hooked on Adventures, Bait Barn and their online store, Mel Cottons Sporting Goods, Walton’s Pond, Clear Lake Bait & Tackle.

Qualifications: If you would like to fish the BBT and you are unsure if you qualify, contact us and the Advisory Board will go over your qualifications and get back to you with their results.

The BBT will be starting the 2012 season off traveling to Lake Millerton in the Central Region on January 14th then we are headed to Lake Nacimiento in the Coastal Region on January 28th. On February 18th we will be at Lake Mc Clure for the Mother Lode Region’s opener. The Northern Region starts their season off at Lake Berryessa on March 3rd followed by the Delta/ Wine Region who will also be fishing on Lake Berryessa on March 24th.

$20.00 Tackle Store Receipt Program

Win A Trip for one person from Hooked on Adventures to the Amazon Jungle for Peacock Bass Fishing “A Trip of Lifetime”

The tackle store receipt program is to support the local tackle stores who are supporting the BBT. Any angler fishing the BBT, who makes a purchase of $20.00 or more from these supporting tackle stores, keeps their receipt and turns it in at any BBT event. During the Awards Ceremony after the weigh in, these same receipts will be drawn for prizes – you must be present to win at these events. Each region will have it’s own receipt bucket to draw from. Once a receipt is drawn, it is returned back into the bucket for the next event.

At the Tournament of Champions all regions receipts collected throughout the season will be placed together for final prize drawings, which includes the trip to the Amazon Jungle Peacock Bass Fishing Adventure. You do not have to be present to win this trip, however for all other prizes you must be present.

Guidelines:
Receipts must include tackle store name
Your name and phone number must be written on back of each receipt
Does not have to be the original receipt, a copy of receipt is acceptable
You may enter as many receipts throughout the season once you are a member
Duplicate receipts will not be accepted

TRAVELER

Qualifying as a Traveler is designed for anglers who do not have the opportunity to fish in one region because of work schedules, etc. now have the opportunity to fish as a Traveler. Fish any seven tournaments of the BBT and automatically qualify for the TOC. You must fish with the same partner at all of these events to qualify as a traveler.

RULE
