Duo Realis Nomase Gill

Postby Garfisher » Sun Mar 04, 2018 8:07 am

While perusing Facebook yesterday, I came across a post from Duo which piqued my interest. There was a video of a new bait coming out that night, and after constantly checking YouTube all of yesterday and a bit of this morning, the video was posted.

And with further searching;

It appears to be a new soft-bodied lipless crank/blade bait with an internal ballast system with multiple embedded eyelets, with the bait being 2 1/4" long and 2/7oz (just shy of 5/16oz). My best guess is that it'll be released either late this year or as a 2019 release, and that it could be in a package of multiple considering it's a soft plastic bait, although there's no boot tail to be ripped off so it may hold up longer in terms of short strikes or small fish nipping at it. Either way it's a very interesting bait that I may have to add to the tacklebox 8-)

Just as an update for anybody interested, here are the colors it will be released in (in Japan anyways, no idea what colors may be available here):

I personally like the bluegill/sunfish colors, but of course all the local waterbodies here are very clear.
