The bottom is muck here and this will definitely float HIGH above the bottom. ( light wire hooks work best)
I might be the only person down in the Swamps that uses them.
Tornado HAG , a ringed worm, will also float straight up. Another "sleeper" winner!

Net baits paca craw seems to do a good job.
