Anyone one use these/ have any feedback? Look like an interesting alternative to the Chunk Craw with some cool colours

I am using 3.5 inch pine shrimp weightless. Fishes very well, and the plastic is durable.

I grabbed a few packs and they are a lot smaller than I thought they'd be. Are you throwing them t-rigged, on a shaky head, like a finesse spider jig?

Yes, weightless t-rigged, because of their slow fall rate. I find it very effective.
And yes, they are small, but catchy. ;-)
