I read the Bassmaster article on Ned.

To get the best action from the TRD, I read where the salt should be removed or greatly reduced.

I would like to know how you reduce the salt.

As posted before the Zinkerz sink because of the salt content. You can stretch them out and soak them to get some of the salt out. The best thing to do is get the TRD line of baits which have a lot less salt in them. The majority of TRD baits float but on occasion they will sink so you can just stretch them out a little to release some of the salt.
