We have great luck with the crosstail shad on Erie for both smallies and lmb.

Try the smaller flick shake 2.8 wacky rigged on a drop shot, it's horrendous

Yes i love to use the crosstails... But beware they dont last very long and will run you a pretty penny...

Went to my local cabelas and hit the bargain cave and seen they had Jackall crosstail marked down to $1.50 per pack
Picked up 3 packs, I should have picked them all up, maybe I will head back down there and get the rest...

They used to be my go to, but now i replace them with Keitech and Reins. The Bubbling Shaker is the most effective soft bait for my lakes.
