What's your favorite bed fishing bait/tactic?

For me it seems to depend on the fish. Some hate creatures in their beds, others despise a drop shot anywhere close. Today the swim jig pissed them off.

I use a drop shot or Senko with good results. Most of my bed fishing is getting in an area which has beds and fan casting until one takes the lure. I will sight fish a bed but don't have the patience to sit there for an hour. If the fish doesn't bite in 10 minutes, I move on.

I like white Beavers, white tubes, basically anything in white works. I like to switch baits every 20 or so tries into the bed

White rattle jig w/ white beaver, just drag it until the fish makes a move on it. If it doesn't work then hopping sometime causes them to react and dive towards the bait.
