question rigging a Paca Craw

Just was wondering how everyone is t-rigging these. Do you only hook it once through the bottom and leave the hook inside the hollow body or do you hook it pass the body through the top and skin hook it to make it weedless?

"Tex-posed"/all the way through the few times I've thrown them...or with similar baits...with a hook with the correct angle, like a Gama EWG.

Tex posed as mentioned above when using an Ewg hook, but I really like using them on a flipping hook. The point of the hook sits nicely inside the hollow body and comes right through it with ease.
