Any suggestions on a few good worms that have less girth than a Senko, but more than a traditional finesse worm. A happy in betweener with a thicker rigging area that tapers into a thinner tail - I see a few on line, but can't tell W/O having in hand

The RI Flirts and Big Bite Squirrel Tail worms are both like that, and both are very effective shakey head worms.

If you just want something like a Senko though, the Pro Senko is pretty much a thinner Senko. I have never tried them, but I have seen them in stores, and I really like the looks of them.

My personal favorites are Flirts, 6" Roboworms (normal or fat), and Keitech Sexy Impacts. I use the Roboworms and Flirts on Gamakatsu shakey heads and the Sexy Impacts on the Keitech shakey heads. I tried the Keitech stuff for the first time at the start of the year, and I have fallen in love with their stuff. Spots especially can't seem to resist anything in silver flash minnow by Keitech.

Thanks for the heads up on the Flirts! I just ordered 2 packs today....one 4.5" and one 7". They look really good!
If they work as well as the Squirrel Tails, I'll be happy.

Well I think I'm gonna try something a little different. Keitech live impact worms, Lunker City ribsters, and Reins bubbling shakers.

I really like the powerteam lures finicky tickler and Yamamoto 6" cuttail worms. Th finicky tickler is 5" and the tail is very thin. The head has ridges around it. I don't know that the fish care about the ridges, but they hold extra scent well. The worms do not have salt in them so they float well and the thin tail has a ton of action. Great clear water bait. I use the 6" curtail a lot in the summer on ledges. It does not have the action of the tickler due to the salt content, but sometimes I like a bigger profile and salt content
