golly what a worm?????

i just found a couple packs of these worms at a thrift store they were on a peice of cardboard with clear wrapper on them it says golly what a worm on top of cardboard they look like manns worms with a spade type tail one was a purple color and the other was black looks like old packaging i think it says made in texas if anyone has any info on these worms let me know thanks len

not familiar with that packaging, but it sounds like you are describing Mann's Jelly worm. One of the best. JMO

I can still remember the luscious smells..Blueberry, Grape, Strawberry..anything smelling that good had to catch fish. Great cereal toppings too (kidding of course)

i will try and put some up there not manns worms but they look the same one package opened up and i checked out the worm there still soft for a old school worm lots of oil on the back of the cardboard package looks like they still can catch some bass the logo on the cardboad package has a worm with a face and bottom says golly what a worm thought they were cool so i bought them len

Edit: Nope, those are made in MO. Your description of the worm with a face made me think of them.
