Who still makes titanium spinnerbaits?

Jig it, spin it, buzz it, if it's got a wire or a lead head, it can and will be discussed in here.

Who still makes titanium spinnerbaits?

Post by SSS »

I like the old Blue Fox and Terminator spinerbaits with a titanium wire, but they're both discontinued, and i have none left. Is there a company that makes spinnerbaits with a titanium wire that doesn't deform and break after 20 fish?

Stanley makes one. I caught my pb largemouth, 13-2, on one with big double willow blades. I have had one break at the line tie r-bend area, but just that one.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Checked on ebay and tacklewarehouse. Not seeing any in titanium.

Checked them out. No mention of titanium and the wire looks like standard stainless. I wonder if any JDM brands use them, but have never seen one.

Not titanium but heavy duty, I highly recommend warbaits spinner baits.

Looks solid, but i really want the titanium wire for longevity and especially not seeing it deform after every fish.

Well that's awesome, i never knew Berkely had titanium spinnerbaits, and pretty cheap too. Do you happen to have a site where these can be purchased for a decent price? I checked a few Japanese sites and couldn't find them on sale.

I caught a 43" musky on a Terminator spinnerbait. That bait was pulled straight but as soon as I landed the fish and gave it it some slack it snapped back to shaped and was flawless. I was already a fan but that sold me on them.

I use 24 gauge floral wire to reinforce the R bend on my spinnerbaits, and they don't open.
This photo shows the wire, in my first try. I now use five wraps, reinforced with a drop of super glue.
