Who still makes titanium spinnerbaits?

I use 24 gauge floral wire to reinforce the R bend on my spinnerbaits, and they don't open.
This photo shows the wire, in my first try. I now use five wraps, reinforced with a drop of super glue.

Yeppers... there's lots of use for "old braid", including use as backing on reels, tying up skirts on baits, as well as reinforcing R bends.

This looks to be very advantageous to those who reside in the north, as many fishermen around these parts use leaders...northern pike love spinnerbaits, and there are very few baits out there with a closed loop.

This looks to be very advantageous to those who reside in the north, as many fishermen around these parts use leaders...northern pike love spinnerbaits, and there are very few baits out there with a closed loop.

I use a med-large sized snap on most of my modified spinnerbaits and it hasn't really affected performance or catch rates. I can change out to a different lure quickly as well when on the yak this way...it's an advantage since I'm floating downstream all the while on most of waters I fish.

jann's netcreaft has 3/8oz titanium spinnerbait heads. it says you have to heat them up when making the swivel loop. that sounds like a real trial & error thing to me, and they're $3 a pop

I got 3 Berkley dex ones. They're really good for smallies, and i really like the blades Berkley is using on these. The only negative is that because these blades are larger than standard, they helicopter often when fishing in windy conditions.

I fish the CA Delta, where it is always windy. I learned to sidearm and roll cast, to keep the bait under the wind.

I roll cast and sidearm cast most of the times no matter the weather. When comparing these to the likes of the Terminator T1's, they're simply not as good when casting at the wind. But when its not too windy, i prefer them over the T1's, which used to be my favorite spinnerbaits.
